Well activan and ambien my new best friends!!! I am up early but i slept about 6 hours last night the most since arriving at Paradise Vallley rehab center (sounds like somewhere Nicole Ritchie or othere celebrity would go.
ON SCHEDULE FOR TODAY
the Trach doctor is supposed to be back today or they are going to ask for a consult.
we have a meeting witth all rehabbers and doctors at 11
doing the onsite of my apartment so i can be released.
Its a really big day, yesterday we did alot of physical and occupational therapy, my legs are pretty tired today. well wish us luck and well let you know how it goes.

Good morning brother. Big news is right, good luck today. I am glad you are using the drugs to help you sleep. I would imagine it is hard to heal if you are not sleeping at all. Keep up the good fight, we are all thinking of you here!

Good morning, You are diffinitely going above and beyond what anyone expected. I am glad you finally got some sleep. You brother is right you need sleep to heal. Drugs aren't so bad when you need them and right now they are your friend. I am so proud of you and how far you have come is amazing to everyone. But if anyone could do it I knew you would be able to. I love you and will be out there on Saturday, can't wait to see you.

Way to go PJ! Keep up the fight cousin. I remember when this first happened, we were told you would take 1 step forward and 2 steps backward. Now it seems you are taking 5 steps forward and 1 step back. So don't get discouraged with those small steps backward. So glad to see you posting your own comments, even if they have typos - keep them coming. We've still got lots of people praying for your recovery and they'll be happy to hear of your remarkable progress.
